Terms of Use. The licence for Vibe and how Vibe Pro subscriptions work.

Vibe is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add details about Vibe Pro; where they differ, the Standard EULA applies.

• Vibe Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by country.

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You keep all rights to the photos you take and edit with Vibe. We claim no ownership and, as described in our Privacy Policy, never receive them.
